We are looking for an individual who knows the nuance of an expression can tell a thousand stories and has mastered the art of pushing their strong understanding of anatomy to create highly communicative characters. We are looking for someone who can take 2D concepts to the next level and who can match creative passion with technical skill and fitness, the devil is in the details! Here’s what we need in this role:

Ensuring the delivery of world-class assets for top-tier brands for our games.

Modelling, rigging, UV and material skills with an ability to create high-poly as well as engine efficient assets.

Working with our Art Director, to design, implement, and communicate best practices to the entire art production team.

Leading and managing asset delivery pipelines for our studio

Mentoring other team members in Mobile Game Character best practices

Grow with the business; stretch yourself and learn new skills and domains.

Have fun; we’re making games!
Got what it takes?
-
5+ years working in game development, even better if it is mobile experience!
-
1+ years in a lead role.
-
A strong portfolio that showcases your 3D characters in a variety of examples and a wide artistic range, including stylized characters.

Proficiency with ZBrush, Maya and Substance painter.

An in-depth understanding of game engines, pipelines, and processes.
-
A hard-working, fun-loving attitude!

Excellent problem-solving and strong interpersonal skills.

Experience with rigging and setups is an asset

Ability to be flexible. Plans will change, you’re here for the journey as much as the destination.
