QA Lead
We are looking for a servant leader in quality assurance. Someone who is equal parts comfortable with engaging in testing software and mentoring junior test persons. The QA Lead will collaborate directly with all other development disciplines and find ways to add support and increase team efficiency.
Here’s what we need in this role:

Own test scoping - providing high level estimates and risk assessments at a task, feature, release, and project level.

Build the test strategy - practices and procedures for contextual projects; helping to define the Iron Fox best practices.

Growing junior team members through mentorship, career planning, and providing educational materials for the craft.

Researching, meeting, vetting, and liaising with testing vendors.

Researching test techniques and tools to keep up with emerging technologies. Staying on top of trending game designs and how to test them so that efficiency is maintained as project needs evolve.

Grow with the business; stretch yourself and learn new skills and domains.

Got what it takes?

3+ years of experience in a testing role.

1+ year of management experience.

High degree of autonomy; personal and team accountability.

Results driven mindset.

Excellent problem solving and strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to be flexible. Plans will change, you’re here for the journey as much as the destination.
